Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
UPS charges resulting from incorrect shipping information will be charged to customer, please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We strive to offer our customers the most efficient shipping service possible! With this goal in mind, auctions won or orders placed will normally ship within 1-2 business days. You will also be notified via email if there are any problems in processing your shipment. All Shipments within the United States will be sent by United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground. The shipping calculator we use is a discounted flat rate shipping cost, which is based on the amount of purchase, and in addition to shipping we add a $5 fee for packing, handling, and insurance, we also in most cases ship for "Free" where posted (Click For Free Shipping Policy), but only in the United States. Upon shipment you will receive an email confirming your package was sent and instructions on how to track the progress of your shipment via www.ups.com.
Local pickup is not available; Casper Electronics is a electronics fulfillment center that process’s orders and are shipped from any one of our 25 warehouses located in the United States.
International Shipping Policy:

You may choose between various United Parcel Service (UPS) Global Delivery Services or United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping options. The shipping charges for all options will be automatically calculated upon email of your postal code, and we will email you back with the estimated shipping cost, we also add $5 to shipping cost for packing,handing, and insurance. Unfortunately, USPS does not offer service in every country (although they cover most). The USPS Global Priority Mail Service is also limited to fewer countries than the USPS Global Express Mail Service. United Parcel Service (UPS) service will have to be selected for any countries not serviced by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Different countries vary in regards to customs duties. Many will not charge any duties at all for shipments from the USA. However, any and all Customs Duties and Taxes that are levied will be the responsibility of the customer. The declared value of our shipments will be for the value of the products only, shipping costs will not be included.
1. UPS - Upon shipment you will receive an email with instructions on how to track the progress of your shipment via www.ups.com.
Although, more expensive than USPS options, we highly recommend this shipment method due to its speed of delivery, tracking capability and guaranteed delivery dates. Especially during peak holiday periods!
2. USPS Global Priority Mail - There is no guaranteed delivery time nor any way to track shipments with this shipping method! Weight Limit: 4 Lbs. USPS Global Priority Mail is a low-cost, expedited international delivery service that is considerably faster than traditional mail delivery. While we can’t guarantee any delivery dates with this method, the average shipment usually arrives in 3-6 business days (weekends are not included in this estimate). To date, we have not experienced any problems with this shipping method, but please be prepared for extended delivery times, especially during the busy holiday periods.
3. USPS Global Express Mail - There is no guaranteed delivery time with this shipping method; however, packages may be tracked through www.usps.com. No Weight Limit. While USPS Global Express Mail also does not guarantee a delivery date, your shipment can be tracked throughout its transit, so an estimated delivery date can be forecasted as soon as the product has left our warehouse. We can’t guarantee any delivery dates with this method, but the average shipment usually arrives anywhere from 3-5 business days (weekends are not included in this estimate).
